As you prepare for your visit
We are so excited for you to come visit our farm, you will not want to forget your camera to capture those precious and sometimes goofy faces, they make the cutest selfies. You will be walking on dirt and in their paddocks, so we recommend that you wear closed toes shoes, not flip flops, sandals, high heels, etc. Part of our tour will take place in the barn but please dress appropriate for the temperature. For the comfort and safety of our animals please do not bring dogs or any other animal to your visit. If a service dog is required, contact the farm directly prior to tour.
Please note that our speed limit down the driveway is 15 MPH, park in front of the shop, which is to the right of the house. You will follow the signs to the left of the shop to get to our greeting area (picnic tables) and wait for the tour to begin.
Please make sure to arrive a few minutes before your tour is scheduled to begin. We only allow for our tours to be up to 10 people. If you are requesting a larger personalized group tour, please call the farm and we will see what we can do to accommodate this.
What to expect
You will start your tour in the welcoming area (picnic tables). We are a working farm so we will go over some do’s and don’ts. We will provide some education on each type of animal we have at the farm, and what we do with the fleece and wool. You will then be escorted into the barn to meet the stars of the show and learn some more fun facts. You will spend most of your time with the alpacas.
If you are going to be late, please call the farm. If you arrive to your tour more than 45 minutes late your tour may have to be cancelled completely. There are no refunds or credits for short or cancelled tours if you are late. A full refund will be given for cancellations more than 48 hours in advance, for cancellations with 48 hours or less notice your fee is non-refundable.
